  Welcome to Specter Visual. These Terms & Conditions  govern your use of our services, including photography, videography, and related digital content provided by Specter Production . By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

• We provide professional photography and videography services for commercial, corporate, and personal events. The specifics of each project (shooting locations, duration, deliverables, and deadlines) will be outlined in a separate pricing quote or invoice before service delivery.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation

• All bookings require a written confirmation via email or signed pricing quote
• A minimum deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your booking.

2.2 Payment Terms

• The remaining balance must be paid the latest 7 days after the day of the shoot (unless otherwise agreed).
• Payments can only be made via bank transfer. Details to be communicated inside the invoice.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

3.1 Client Cancellation

• All cancellations must be made at the latest 7 days prior to the shoot day.

3.2 Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule once without penalty, provided we are notified at least 7 days in advance.
• No further rescheduling is possible beyond the limit mentioned above.

3.3 Cancellation by the Agency

• In rare cases (e.g., illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances), we reserve the right to reschedule or refund your deposit in full. We may also offer a replacement videographer/photographer from our trusted team members.

4. Image & Video Rights

4.1 Copyright Ownership

• All photos and videos captured remain the intellectual property of Specter Production, unless stated otherwise in writing.
• We grant clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images/videos for personal or business use (as agreed in the contract).

4.2 Commercial & Promotional Use

• We retain the right to use images/videos for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.

4.3 Client Usage Restrictions

• Clients may not resell, modify, or distribute the content without prior written consent.
• Unauthorized alterations or third-party usage require express permission.

5. Delivery & Editing

5.1 Delivery Timeline

• Raw files could be provided upon client’s request.
• Edited photos/videos will be delivered at the latest 15 business days via a secure online gallery or external drive.
• Urgent delivery requests may incur an additional fee.

5.2 Editing & Revisions

• Standard edits include color correction, lighting adjustments, and minor retouching.

• Major retouching (e.g., extensive photo manipulation) may require an additional fee.

• Clients are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra costs.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must arrive on time and ensure the location is ready for shooting.
• For event shoots, the client must provide necessary permits/access where required.
• We are not responsible for poor shoot conditions caused by weather, lighting, or unforeseen disruptions.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during a photoshoot or video session.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events), we will work with clients to reschedule or refund services accordingly.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and comply with GDPR & French data protection laws.
• Any personal information collected will be used solely for service delivery and not shared without consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first.
• If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of the French courts.

10. Agreement Acceptance

• By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
